Breakthrough System

Many training courses, workshops and programmes aim to help the Top Achievers become better. Moshe himself runs many High Achievers "Intensives" (2 or 3 day high power, intensive courses for the successful – top 10% - Agents).

This Coaching Programme is different. It was created to help the "Middle 60% Band”" – Agents who "survived" the first year or two, and have not yet consolidated their career into successful self sufficiency – who look to break through to the next level – ensure their success. Most regular courses and workshops do not work effectively with these agents – the Agents simply leave the content and information "in the room".

How does it work?      
A group of up to twenty one Delegates meet weekly for 12 weeks (morning or afternoon). Each session generates specific  tasks that ensure  each Delegate takes away the  skills and  information  learned  at the meeting to immediately use  in the field,  avoiding  the  possibility of  “leaving it in the room”  - a  fate destined  to so many  motivational,  training  and coaching  programmes

Where do we meet?
Venues are chosen at convenient locations for delegates. “In house“ corporate training  normally takes place  at Head  Office  or  Corporate  Branches.
